Writer. Digital Strategist. Speaker. Red Pump Rocker.
Yesterday I went to the Schomburg Center for Research to attend the book signing of popular culture blogger Luvvie Ajayi who is best known as AWESOMELY LUVVIE the name of her blog that has over 500,000 loyal subscribers. Luvvie's highly anticipated debut novel "I'M JUDGING YOU: THE DO-BETTER MANUAL" has just dropped and the page turner that will have you miss your subway stop is now available for purchase online and at select bookstores!!
I have to admit as a snobby GenXer who likes the idea of not involving myself with what I call over-the-top commentary, the tons of television recaps and tweeted shenanigans from Millennials, I found my dangerously engulfed in the world of Luvvie to the point of no sleep and fire in my eyes for staying up late and reading all that AWESOMELY LUVVIE has to say!! As a result I am now writing this entry with the idea of making sure the two people who may live under a rock know exactly who AWESOMELY LUVVIE is. So I pulled her bio from her site luvvie.org. You guys really need to spend time with this writer with post like "BLAXIT Luvvie Ajaya is the perfect vehicle to engage us on pop culture but more importantly with wit and humor she can teach us about politics both nationally and globally.
