Alabama State University alumni from across the nation are planning their pilgrimage back to the ASU campus on July 26-28, for the National Alumni Association’s (NAA) 35th Biennial Convention.
Its theme is “Building a Stronger Bridge,” said Rev. Cromwell Handy, director of ASU's Alumni Relations.
“The NAA Convention is another opportunity for the alumni and friends of the Hornet Nation to gather together to revitalize and to focus on its mission, which is to promote and support the mission and goals of Alabama State University,” said Handy.
He said that the convention will feature several events, including business sessions, an alumni reception, a gala, luncheon, an alumni bowling outing, and more.
The news media is invited to cover any of the public events and speak to ASU alumni.
