The facility Women Veterans Program Manager (WVPM) is a registered nurse qualified by education, experience and specialized expertise to function as the facility contact for the Women Veterans Health Program. The WVPM position is a full-time administrative role that assesses plans, evaluates, and monitors health services for women Veterans at the facility level. The individual is an advocate for women and provides leadership in establishing, coordinating, and integrating accessible quality health care services with multiple disciplines within the VA Medical Center. Pay: Competitive salary, regular salary increases.
Paid Time Off: Annual leave at the rate of eight (8) hours per biweekly pay period; Sick leave at the rate of four (4) hours per biweekly pay period; 10 paid Federal holidays per year.
Retirement: Traditional federal pension (5 years' vesting) and federal 401K with up to 5% in contributions by VA.
