The OVAHCS VRS is comprised of three Compensated Work Therapy (CWT) Programs (i.e., Transitional Work Program [CWT-TW], Supported Employment Program [CWT-SE], and Community Based Employment Services [CWT-CBES]), as well as the Vocational Assistance (Voe Assist) Program. The incumbent supervises the VRS programs, and plans, directs, and coordinates the clinical and administrative aspects of a multi-faceted vocational rehabilitation service. The incumbent performs and is responsible for OVAHCS vocational rehabilitation services throughout the Orlando VAMC, Lake Baldwin VAMC, OVAHCS OPCs and CBOCs, and within the community.
