Data Privacy Analyst|
Responsible to improve and sustain robust risk assessment, monitoring, training and awareness programs to address and mitigate personal data privacy risk.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Implementation and Facilitation of a Privacy Risk Assessment and Monitoring Program. Assist with building and maturing CBRE's global data privacy program through the implementation and facilitation of a training program, a program to monitor compliance and accountability with privacy protocols and controls, and a communications and awareness program, working closely with CBRE's Global and Regional Data Privacy Directors to align the global and regional programs.
Leads cross-functional projects and programs end-to-end using program management processes. Facilitates creation of project management plans, leads project status meetings, tracks and ensures all tasks remain on schedule and issues get resolved or escalated.
Facilitates regular meetings to review project status for active and pending projects (project pipeline). Collaborates with core team to develop solutions and leads project team through implementation and completion.
Responsible for reporting status of individual and groups of projects and programs. Provides appropriate levels of detail, and summarizes complex issues succinctly.
Creates, maintains & distributes routine reports, including status reports and updated Gantt charts.
Privacy Management Tools. Assist with the implementing of comprehensive processes and tools to support integration of privacy policies, Privacy Impact Assessments, Data Subject Request responses, Privacy by Design and manage customer/employee consents and complaints.
Performs other duties as assigned.
No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. May provide informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to coworkers. May coordinate and assign tasks to co-workers within a work unit and/or project.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university. Minimum two years of data privacy, compliance or project management experience preferred. Knowledge of project management software and working with Gantt charts preferred.
CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, work with cross-functional team, project manage and set priorities with excellent follow-up skills and organization. Strong process skills, negotiating, decision-making and analytical skills are necessary. Demonstrated ability in project management processes, tools and techniques.
Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite including MS Project.

Decisions made with understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines. Responsible for setting own project deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to co-workers and supervisor.
