Qualifications & Requirements
- Drive outsourcing
process by presenting work, guiding conversations, and coordinating with
AOM to work on timelines.
- Collaborate with a
team of artists and outsource partners to ensure final deliverable reflect
the artistic design vision
- Provide detailed
and organized management of a high volume of assets related to environment
- Provides ongoing
timely feedback to external vendors working on environment art content
estimate the time necessary to complete individual assets
- Collaborates to
develop, maintain and evolve pipelines for efficient integration of
externally produced environment assets
- Collaborates to
evaluate external teams’ proficiency in environment art production
- Generates detailed
documentation and examples of art asset production, procedures, and engine
requirements to support the external vendors

SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS
understanding of current artistic/technical requirements for video game
- Artistic eye for
core artistic principles including color, composition, structure and
communication, organizational, personal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to give
and receive feedback with gracious consideration
creating environment art specifically for video game software using
- 5 years'
experience in AAA video game production, including several product
degree in art related subject; or completion of an intensive art training
program; or equivalent independent study and experience.
