  • Plans, writes, and edits content for various internal communications mediums, including the internal company website, email, and other internal messaging systems
  • Works with Internal Communications team to ensure company initiatives and messages are effectively communicated across the organization
  • Creates, executes, and analyzes surveys to understand employees and leadership needs
  • Creates and manages development of digital content and tactics for various internal and external projects including ongoing campaign support
  • Maintains relationships and liaises with internal teams and agencies involved in content creation
  • Acts as liaison with external agencies for billing and support
  • Routes press release and other materials, as appropriate
  • Assists in tracking internal or agency budgets, as appropriate
  • Orders and tracks product inventory and handles outgoing shipping
  • Leads and coordinates internal event planning and execution as needed

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Minimum of three years content creation and digital production
  • Minimum of three years project coordinator or administrative
  • Proficient PC skills (Microsoft Office required, with high
    proficiency in PowerPoint)
  • Strong HTML and web design knowledge
  • Strong ability to use Adobe Photoshop
  • Strong knowledge of SharePoint
  • Knowledge of video game industry preferred
  • Undergraduate B.A. in communications, marketing degree or related
    field or equivalent
