Associate Director, CNS Consumer Marketing, UBRELVY  
 
YOU ARE more than just a title, YOU ARE…
• A Strategic Marketing Partner. You will support development of Consumer stakeholder strategy, including strategic brand positioning, target audience identification and segmentation, brand strategic imperatives, brand plan and execution for UBRELVY, launched in January 2020 for the acute treatment of migraine attacks. 

YOU WILL: 
• Understand the market landscape. Participate in crystallization of strategic insights through deep understanding and analysis of market landscape, patient unmet needs, migraine patient journey, competitive dynamics and positioning, while contributing to product profile enhancements that will drive significant adoption and differentiation for patients in the migraine acute treatment market.
• Manage through market research and analytics. Function as the Consumer-focused commercialization manager throughout market research and analytics planning, patient targeting and segmentation, patient focused materials development, mass, targeted, digital and social media marketing planning, responsible for message and communication strategic implementation. 
• Develop and manage strategies. Partner on development and planning of investment strategy for multichannel marketing Direct-to-Consumer advertising, brand promotion and media plans. Develop analytics and track plans of key performance indicators and return on investment analysis to maximize brand growth and revenue for the company. Drive innovative approaches and strategies to reaching and support patients to adopt Atogepant and increase loyalty of customers. Develop comprehensive patient support customer relations marketing (CRM) programs to help patients’ sample, start and stay on UBRELVY. 
• Manage and create presentations. Develop compelling presentations to convey promotional plans to broad sets of stakeholder audiences, including senior executives, cross-functional teams, and medical, legal, regulatory and compliance partners for understanding and support of brand plans.   
• Innovative and think critically. Drive innovative solutions that will build awareness and brand adoption for Ubrelvy in a highly competitive and fast-moving consumer environment. 



Qualifications

YOU BRING: 
• Bachelor's degree 
• At least 7 years of relevant experience with a successful track record in pharmaceutical sales and/or marketing - strong analytical and strategic marketing skills
• Previous experience in Brand Development, In-line Marketing, marketing consulting roles, and/or consumer advertising and promotion role, healthcare or over-the-counter focus preferred
• Experience in direct-to-consumer promotion of products for success within competitive environments 
• Scientific acumen & therapeutic understanding, with the ability to analyze complex datasets preferred 
• Strong financial acumen with a good understanding of P&L drivers and the ability to develop appropriate investment & sales forecasts 
• Deep understanding and experience of US market access environments 
• Experience with launch &/or on-market commercial teams an advantage 
• Experience working within matrix-based teams and project management 
• Experience managing mass media DTC promotional programs on well-established consumer facing product(s) preferred
