We’re looking for a solution focused individual who wants to get some practical hands-on experience in Chemical Manufacturing. On this team you’ll be responsible for processing chemical solutions that advance the quality of life! You also have the opportunity to make a difference in our everyday operations be providing thoughts, suggestions, and solutions in our continuous improvement environment.
Disciplines:
The ideal team member for this role will contribute as part of a team by combining a positive attitude with solid time management skills and a solution focused mindset to process Chemical Standards of the high quality for our customers. They’ll operate in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures, cGMP guidelines and all regulatory standards to formulate chemical solutions as well as perform a variety of other tasks needed within the department.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Participates, cooperates, and contributes as a positive member of a team. *
Preparation, setup, and processing of chemical standards. *
Executes portion of daily schedule in an efficient and organized manner. *
Identifies and implements improvements within their assign area. *
Provides feedback to supervisor, lead technician or technical support group on safety, quality, interpersonal and process related issues. *
Develops solutions on how to resolve issues that are identified during daily work. *
Works with the technical support group to ensure proper working condition of equipment and quality of product. *
Works to maintain the accuracy of material inventory.

May require some higher education or specialized training/certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Typically 0 to 3 years of relevant experience for entry to this level.
Requires complete understanding of general and technical aspects of job.
