VP - Marketing
The candidate will collaborate with the Co-brand and Chase stakeholders to lead the planning and execution of the new account acquisitions strategy with primary focus on channels and assets. Responsibilities include driving the acquisitions road map for marketing and implementation strategies across partner assets that optimize for business results, customer satisfaction and controls. They will coordinate and liaise with internal business partners (e.g. Marketing Centers of Excellences, Research, Finance, Risk, Operations, Digital, & Controls) to deliver on business objectives. The candidate will analyze business results and data for the purposes of validating strategy, insights and improving results and the customer experience.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Self-starter with ~5 years of marketing and customer experience
- Demonstrated leadership and experience in new account acquisitions or similar customer related marketing projects
- Ability to influence cross-functional internal and external teams
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor's Degree required
