Customer Engagement Manager

**What You Will Achieve**

You will manage Pfizer Center One customer relationships for both commercialized products and product introductions. You will oversee and manage operational aspects of supply and demand for external customers' existing products and business development activities to enable introduction of new products for external customers. Your focus will be on external customer relationships and acting as a liaison between the external customers and internal customers. You will support our external customers by evaluating customer demand forecasts and developing manufacturing plans to meet those needs. You will review the status of the external customer new product requests, adherence to Master Supply Agreements, and represent the needs of our external customers with our internal colleagues. . You will assess product and project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality and external customer satisfactions goals.

As a Manager, you provide guidance to operational teams for managing external customer products and projects. Your planning skills will help in preparing forecasts for meeting external customer product demand, internal resource requirements, and providing areas of improvement for external customer products, processes or services. Through your customer service expertise, comprehensive knowledge of supply and demand principles, project management and outstanding communication skills, you will partner with our external customers to supply patients. You will be able to take a leadership role to facilitate agreements between internal and external customer teams.

**How You Will Achieve It**

+ Act as primary point of contact and liaison between the external customer, and internal stakeholders for projects and products, while leveraging your strong communication, and customer service skills.

+ Evaluate customer expectations for both project execution and lifecycle management against current site systems/ to identify gaps. Develop and implement standard site practices for adapting to CMO production and lifecycle management.

+ Lead internal team to ensure reliable day to day supply, evaluation of potential new business opportunitiesand development/maintenance of positive customer relationships for all external customers.

+ Lead projects and supply activities, provide guidance and manage own time to meet objectives.

+ Manage and participate in pre-studies, projects and other activities for increasing operational efficiencies, change in business strategies or in support of operational imperatives.

+ Act as host for new and existing external customer facility visits for due diligence visits, technical exchanges, new product launches, and business reviews



+ Bachelor's Degree

+ 5+ years of experience

+ Demonstrated experience in commercial / external customer facing roles across the business

+ Knowledge of the workings of pharmaceutical manufacturing, and associated processes.

+ Experience working in Pharmaceutical Good Manufacturing Practices {also cGMP} environment

+ Familiarity with Pharmaceutical Sciences infrastructure

+ Pro-active and has a creative, entrepreneurial attitude with evidence of ability to execute key projects and dayto day supply activities.

+ Excellent oral and written communication skills, including excellent presentation skills.

+ Proficiency with computer and software applications


+ Master's degree

+ Supply chain planning ,demand and customer service experience

+ Specific experience evaluating prospectivepharmaceutical/technical/medical devices projects for feasibility

+ External facing customer service experience

+ SAP APO and ECC experience

+ Knowledge and certification of operational excellence methodologies (Six Sigma and Lean etc.)

+ Adept at conducting research into project-related issues and products

+ Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial

+ Non-standard work hours may be required when current customers are on site to monitor production and/or when prospective customers are on site to evaluate site capabilities..
