Instructional Design Consultant with TS/SCI and Polygraph

Work you'll do
The junior level Instructional Systems Designer provides guidance in adult learning practices and methods to develop and enhance instructional curriculum. Maximizes the use of multimedia and instructional technologies to conduct effective education and training.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) or Bachelor of Science
- 1+ year of experience in Instructional Systems Design and Adult Learning
- Experience supporting the Intelligence Community
- Experience providing expertise in adult learning practices and enhancing instructional curriculum through Instructor-Led Training (ILT) and Virtual Instructor-Led Training (vILT)
- Experience enhancing multimedia and technologies for learning
- TS/SCI with polygraph
Preferred:
- Advanced degree
- IC Instructor Certification
- Storyline or Kirkpatrick Certification
