Senior Revenue Accoutant

Revenue, Accountant serves as a teammate in a world-class finance team in a rapid growth environment. The finance team serves as trusted advisors for all our strategic and enterprise endeavors and works closely with business partners on a daily basis. The Revenue Accountant has ownership of commercial contracts and must understand, analyze, and communicate financial impacts to revenue within the team. This position has a critical and highly visible role in the documentation and accurate recording of terms and conditions in commercial contracts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include: - Summarize and document terms and conditions in all commercial contracts.
- Keep Accounts Receivable and Revenue abreast of any updates/amendments to the contracts listing.
- Be part of month-end and quarter-end revenue close, including reconciliation of the contracts listing with legal listing.
- Help prepare data and other support information requests as needed for audits and reviews conducted by external auditors.
- Participate in developing and maintaining strong internal controls, ensuring quality controls over revenue transactions and reporting.
- Assist with implementation and testing of new programs, streamline processes, and upgrades, as necessary.
- Complete special projects as required.

Education/Experience/Licenses/Certifications: - Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 1-3 years in accounting
Technology/Equipment Skills: - Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Advanced Excel Skills, ERP system experience (Preferably Oracle)
