About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Wealth Contact Center Development Associate...


In this role, you will:

  • Provide support for new business development for investment product solutions to prospective clients for low complexity initiatives within Wealth Contact Center Development functional area
  • Review basic or tactical issues, policies, or procedures for new business opportunities related to lower risk tasks and deliverables with narrower impact
  • Receive direction from Wealth Contact Center Development supervisor and exercise judgment within defined parameters while developing understanding of investments, markets, finance and economic conditions with ability to sell or refer investment and retirement solutions
  • Provide investment related information to managers, functional colleagues and stakeholders, including internal or external customers to ensure high quality client service is provided while business objectives are obtained


Required Qualifications, US:

  • 6+ months of Client Management Enablement experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Active FINRA Series 7 & 66 Licenses

  • Ability to understand client concerns, questions, and problems then identify appropriate solutions

  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information 
  • Contact center experience 
  • Knowledge and understanding of banking products and services
  • A BS/BA degree or higher in accounting, finance, or economics

Job Expectations:

  • Obtaining and/or maintaining appropriate Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) license(s) is required for ongoing employment in this position. FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63 and 65) examinations, or equivalent must be completed within either a 90 or 180-day time period following commencement of employment, depending upon the number of license(s) needed if not immediately available to transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted. This will be communicated at time of offer acceptance.  Compliance with state law registration and licensing requirements is mandatory. In addition to state registration and licensing requirements, specific product licenses or SAFE licensing may apply. Additional requirements include meeting enhanced financial fitness and criminal background standards. Wells Fargo will initiate the FINRA licensing review process at the time of offer acceptance. For specific FINRA qualification exams obtained after 9/30/2018, the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam co-requisite is required.
