Network Architect
This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Water Quality Group network infrastructure, policies, network diagrams, processes, and standard work. You will be a key resource in supporting Water Quality Group business goals through continual improvement projects to increase productivity and reduce cost. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Drives for Results - Partner with Water Quality businesses to understand their needs and design innovative solutions that meet their business goals.
- Lead project specific teams in the design and implementation of internal solutions.
- Strong desire to exceed our customers expectations every day through detailed action plans, change management and customer service.
Charts the Course - Implement and maintain network policies, procedures, network diagrams, and standard work.
- Develop and maintain KPI and daily management metrics.
- Develop and maintain action plans and project schedules.
Relationships and Influence - Gather, organize, process, and communicate data, including reports, metrics, and documentation.
- Mentor team members and business partners.
- Work with vendors and carriers to manage services and maintain costs.
- Able to communicate in English (written and verbal).
QUALIFICATIONS: The ideal candidate is a talented professional who can foster innovation and deliver results. - At least 4 years of experience supporting and configuring Cisco ISR routers, Cisco Catalyst switches, Cisco ASA\Firepower firewalls, Cisco wireless, and related technologies in a global enterprise environment.
- Experience developing and implementing 802.1x policies using Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) preferred.
- Experience managing Cisco hardware using Cisco DNA Center an asset.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently.
- Ability to effectively deal with ambiguity and use experiences to identify the critical next steps and build action plans to drive projects to completion.
- Ability to travel globally up to 20% of the time.
The salary range for this role is $115,000 - $125,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado. This range may be modified in the future.
