Kadlec is offering a $15,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible external candidates with at least 12 months of hospital acute care experience and up to a $9,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible external candidates with less than 12 months of hospital acute care experience who meet all conditions for payment

Required qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program



• Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire



• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire



• National Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course - Emergency Nurses Association upon hire



• National Trauma Nursing Core Course - Emergency Nurses Association (May be assigned by dept if applicable) upon hire



• National Provider PALS - American Heart Association upon hire



• National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire



• 1 year Nursing experience.
