Position Summary
Provide complete maintenance service to the facility and all assigned equipment in a timely, safe and quality conscious manner, and as economically as possible, in an effort to deliver the best service possible. Essential Job Functions Ensure all facility equipment is in good working order to reduce and eliminate downtimeEvaluate and troubleshoot potential issues with equipment and provide appropriate maintenance serviceConduct plumbing and maintenance service on conveyor controls, pneumatics, and other equipmentConduct preventative maintenance inspections on equipmentEnsure work processes conform to OSHA and other company safety regulationsMaintain an accurate and organized inventory of partsPrepare and maintain accurate records in a timely mannerPerform routine facility repair and cleaning as neededCommunicate with associates, supervisors and managers to solicit information regarding issues with equipment on a daily basisBe on-call to provide service to the facility after normal business hours and on weekends as neededMust be able to perform the essential job functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodationMinimum Position Qualifications High School Diploma or GED3+ years experience in maintenanceExcellent oral/written communication skillsMust be 18 years of age or olderMust possess a valid driver's licenseHigh level of electrical/mechanical skillsComputer operation skillsDesired Previous Experience/Education Associate Degree in in electronics or equivalence in experienceAny experience maintaining equipment in a production facilityAny experience with conveyor controlsAny experience with pneumaticsAny experience with plumbingEducation Level:High School Diploma/ GED Required
