What we do:

The IT Senior Infrastructure Architect is responsible for designing and implementing innovative IT solutions to support our organization's core operations. Drawing from a robust background in infrastructure, data center management, multi-cloud environments, and support across office locations, the Senior Infrastructure Architect will refine and improve our existing infrastructure, ensuring scalability, performance, and world-class security.

This position will be required to work on-site 5 days a week.

What you can do:

• Design and Implement Solutions: Develop and introduce IT solutions that are robust, scalable, and secure with a focus on hybrid infrastructure, multi-cloud, and multi-office settings


• Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with IT leadership and key partners to define the strategic direction for our IT infrastructure, ensuring it aligns with business objectives


• Data Center Management: Supervise multiple data centers, ensuring peak performance, robust duplication, and disaster recovery capabilities


• Hybrid Infrastructure Management: Lead and optimize the blend of on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure, ensuring smooth integration


• Multi-cloud Management: Design, deploy, and lead all aspects of solutions across various cloud platforms, integrating them seamlessly with on-premises systems


• Support Multiple Offices: Ensure consistent IT operations across different office locations, promoting efficient communication and data accessibility


• Documentation: Produce and maintain architectural documentation to ensure clarity for all stakeholders


• Vendor Relations: Engage with vendors to ensure product and service alignment with organizational needs


• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with new technologies and industry standard methodologies


• May require up to 10% of domestic and international travel


• Other duties as assigned

What you can contribute:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience preferred


• 5-7 years of practical experience in IT systems architecture, notably in hybrid infrastructure, data center management, multi-cloud solutions, and multi-office support required


• Certifications in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud are advantageous


• Hybrid Infrastructure Expertise: Strong capability in designing, deploying, and leading interconnected on-premises and cloud systems


• Data Center Knowledge: Proficiency in leading data center environments, understanding redundancy and disaster recovery aspects


• Cloud Platforms: Proven experience in cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud


• Networking and Compliance: Skill in designing networks with compliance and regulations in mind. Familiarity with EAR/ITAR is preferred


• Security Protocols: Extensive knowledge of IT security standards, best practices, and threat mitigation approaches


• Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within multi-functional teams and connect with both technical and non-technical team members
