Supernal provides an inviting open-space workplace designed to foster collaboration, which aligns with one of our core values. This position is required to work on-site 5 days a week.

What we do:

The Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting large datasets to provide valuable insights and recommendations to the team. They will work closely with multi-functional teams to gather and analyze data, develop reports, and provide customized solutions to help the organization gain valuable input on their areas. The Data Analyst will be responsible for entering and ensuring the data's accuracy into the HRIS system on record and any ancillary HR systems.

What you can do:

  • Analyze large data sets using statistical techniques and tools to uncover trends, opportunities, and insights

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business questions and translate them into data and analysis requirements

  • Identify data quality issues and help to develop solutions to improve data integrity, accuracy, and completeness

  • Lead data collection, cleansing, and manipulation processes to ensure data is readily accessible and easy to work with

  • Enter all changes associated with company Org changes and daily operational changes into the HR systems

  • Assist with analyzing and validating the payroll processing to ensure accuracy of the entries based on known issues and the data in the database

  • Assist with basic reporting and compilation requests from the business

What you can contribute:

  • Bachelors degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent from four-year college or university in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field required

  • 1+ years of relevant experience in data analysis

  • Knowledge and use of HRIS systems ADP a plus

  • Proven experience in analyzing large and complex datasets

  • Must have advanced knowledge in Excel, including use of pivot tables, charts, and graphs

You may also be able to contribute:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proactive delivery of communication and follow up

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to independently prioritize and accomplish work within time constraints

  • Self-motivated and forward-thinking

  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite

Base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a bonus as part of total compensation.
The pay range for this position is:
$102,900$125,900 USD
