Inside Sales- ML (JN -082024-375895)
We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue. Inside sales representatives have the responsibility of both sales and support, working in concert with their partner and lead account representative, the Outside Sales Representative. They will conduct online research of potential clients, call to qualify new prospects and build an organizational profile, prospect (individual) profiles, as well as project profiles and maintain company and client data within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. They will also generate and further develop qualified leads from Telesales and turn over qualified leads to outside sales representatives and book client-facing appointments. Lastly, they will provide a high-level of direct customer support and administrative support for their respective sales team. Responsibilities: - Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
- Prospect and contact potential customers
- Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
- Create sales material to present to customers
Qualifications: - Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or other related fields
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
