This role is essential to the success of our project, which focuses on reduction of dependency on public assistance by promoting work and self-sufficiency among low-income families in Wisconsin.

The ideal candidate will reside in or very near Milwaukee, WI and be willing to work onsite!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Conduct regular one-on-one or group training sessions for existing providers, necessitating travel. - Attend and actively participate in recruitment events to attract new providers to the program. - Handle escalated provider issues efficiently and effectively. - Address urgent concerns related to high visibility providers, ensuring swift resolutions. - Offer ongoing support to designated providers as assigned. - Collaborate with client, fellow contractors, and stakeholders to communicate and implement - operational policy changes. - Stay updated on project details and changes. - Extensive travel is an inherent part of the role. - Fulfill additional assignments as directed by management.
- Assist participants in finding suitable job opportunities that match their skills and career goals - Match participants with job openings based on their skills, interests, and career goals - Conduct workshops and training sessions on job search techniques, workplace skills, and other relevant topics - Provide ongoing support to both participants and employers to ensure successful job placements and retention - Work closely with case managers and other program staff to coordinate services and support for participants - Collaborate with community organizations, workforce development boards, and other stakeholders to enhance employment opportunities - Maintain accurate records of job placements, employer interactions, and participant progress - Address any issues or challenges that arise during the job placement process
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required and 4+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must live in or near Milwaukee, WI - Must work onsite in Milwaukee, WI - Must have reliable transportation for local travel - Experience using CWW (Client Workload Workstation) is required - Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required - Case management experience is highly preferred - Experience with the Wisconsin Works W2 program is highly preferred

Pay Transparency
Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Additionally, Maximus provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience. An applicant's salary history will not be used in determining compensation. Maximus will comply with regulatory minimum wage rates and exempt salary thresholds in all instances.
