We just got word that the political newspaper, The Hill, has moved Kendrick's race into the "Toss-up" category. That means they have noticed our recent momentum and think Kendrick's chances of winning have increased. With less than seven hours to go before the filing deadline, we have a chance to prove them right.

When it comes to this race, President Clinton said it best in his email from last week. Kendrick has the energy, the ideas, and the ability to make the changes we need in Washington. But, if we don't get him the resources he needs to get his message out, he won't get the chance. That is why it is so critical that Kendrick has your support today.

I couldn't have been prouder as Kendrick voted "Yes" to secure quality, affordable health care for every Floridian. President Clinton and I worked together to pass true health care reform in 1994, and our efforts fell short. I am overjoyed that Kendrick helped finally finish the job.
But, there is more work to be done. As we continue to fight for what's important, I know one thing is for sure -- we need Kendrick's voice in the U.S. Senate, standing up for us.
