Miami Gardens, FLA. - The Kendrick Meek campaign responded to today's developments in the Republican Party of Florida corruption investigation.
"With every new development in the case against Jim Greer, Governor Crist becomes more entangled in the Republican Party of Florida mess. This is a made in Tallahassee scandal produced by the Republican Party of Florida and no member of the party leadership team is untainted, and that includes Kendrick's two lifelong conservative opponents Governor Charlie Crist and Speaker Marco Rubio. Governor Crist is trying unsuccessfully to run away from the mess he created, but the governor is too involved in this matter to claim ignorance," said Adam Sharon, spokesman for Democratic candidate Kendrick Meek.
