Being up on TV is a huge deal for our campaign, and it couldn't come at a more critical time. We are just three weeks from the August 24 primary, and less than one week before the start of Early Voting.
That is why, in our new spot, we are bringing Kendrick's story directly to the voters. Floridians need to know Kendrick is the only true Democrat running for U.S. Senate in Florida. He is the only one in this race that is pro-choice, was against offshore drilling before AND after the oil spill, and has always stood up for the middle class and against privatizing Social Security.
Kendrick is counting on you to help broadcast our campaign message, and that means keeping this ad up on the airways through August 24. But, in a state as vast as Florida, that is no small endeavor. We need to raise $16,402 online before the filing deadline at midnight tomorrow in order to fully execute on our strategy to win, including keeping this ad on the air.

Kendrick's opponent has already spent more than $9 million of his own money to bankroll TV ads trying to smear Kendrick's name and mislead voters. As long as we can make sure voters all across Florida see it, this new ad will help set the record straight.
