Dr. Sylvester Oliver, chair, Division of Humanities, Rust College, will give a lecture on Wednesday, January 26, 2011 in the Heard Auditorium, McCarty-Varnell BCS Center at 7:00 p.m.
The presentation entitled, “The Chickasaw Indians, Enslaved Africans and Enslavement in Marshall County, Mississippi”, is sponsored by the Division of Social Science and the Ida B. Wells / Roy Wilkins Lecture Series.
