He also manages all strategic marketing for the U.S. Air Force.
The commander of Air Force ROTC Detachment 019, which is headquartered at ASU, said she and her students are excited at the General's upcoming visit.
"This is a great opportunity for our students to hear a dynamic speaker and get motivated to be the next generation of leaders, which the United Stated needs in its military," said Lt. Col. Ann Graham, commander of ASU AFROTC Detachment 019.
The visit of General Harencak will begin at noon and end at 7 p.m. and will consist of a luncheon, a reception and a 2:30 p.m. special motivational engagement address at the ASU Abernathy Hall auditorium (reporters are welcomed at this event) that focuses on the ROTC students at ASU and those specially invited from Jeff Davis and Lanier high schools. During that event, the theme of Harencak's address will be "Leading, Serving, and Empowering."
At the 2:30 p.m. event, Gen. Harencak will be introduced by ASU Trustee Brenda Brown Hunter, an Alabama native, who resides in Washington, D.C. She is a governmental affairs expert whose many specialties includes nuclear arms.
Members of the news media are invited to attend the 2:30 p.m. event and if your reporters arrive before he begins, I will assist them in getting a preview interview with the General.
