Jessie Robbie is of mix heritage - Cambodian and African American. She is originally from the bay area. Music has been a passion of hers since she could walk.
Growing up, her household influenced her love of music. From her uncles who exposed her to reggae, electronic, old school hip-hop music to her mother with her R&B jams and classic rock songs. Then throwing in her own generation of music - first downloading bay area artist on limewire like the pack traxamillion and keak da sneak.
She realized music was life in elementary school while singing in choir but in middle school she grew into her voice. She was always a shy person but singing came natural to her.
Moving towards the future she hopes to use her talents to make a difference in the community. Please check her out @_jessierobbie
