HBCU CONNECT and BAE Systems Host Successful Virtual Recruiting Event for HBCU Talent

HBCU CONNECT, the leading platform for connecting HBCU students and graduates with top employers, successfully hosted an exclusive virtual recruitment event in partnership with BAE Systems on Thursday, January 28th, 2025. The event exceeded expectations, bringing together over 150 registered attendees and showcasing BAE Systems’ commitment to fostering diversity and merit based recruitment within the workforce.

With an initial goal of engaging 50 candidates, the event saw a peak attendance of over 80 participants simultaneously on the call. The interactive session provided a dynamic space for attendees to engage with BAE Systems representatives, including an outstanding panel moderated by team members from BAE Systems.
