Confirmed speakers are: Emily DePrang, Journalist, Texas Observer; Deric Muhammad, Community Activist; and Ray Hunt, Houston Police Officers Union. Invited panelists include: representatives from the Houston Police Department and Mayor Annise Parker’s Office and Dr, Dwight Watson, Professor, Texas State University.
