You'll design multiple categories in our <b>Women's Tops</b> business, including wovens, cut & sew knits, and sweats. In addition, you will design fashion knit and sweats silhouettes for our seasonal graphics program. You'll design creative, commercially-viable products that support and deepen the value and identity of the <b>Levi's</b> brand. You will report to <b>the Director</b> and be based in our San Francisco headquarters at Levi's Plaza.<br /> </p><h2>About the Job</h2><ul><li>Design exclusive product and trend-responsive designs for wholesale partners on a fast development track</li><li>Design across multiple Tops categories, including cut & sew knits, sweats, and wovens</li><li>Design fashion knits and sweats silhouettes for seasonal graphics programs</li><li>Research and monitor the consumer and marketplace to identify opportunities to stay ahead of the competition</li><li>Analyze current selling and consider when developing into future trends</li><li>Manage creation and execution of PLM BOM data integrity: protos, commercial samples and production</li><li>Develop relationships with internal partners, leading collaboration within Design and across Merchandising and Product Development</li><li>Develop the strategy to meet seasonal product assortment needs and COGS targets</li><li>Work with GTM timelines, processes and deliverables</li><li>Design and develop product with a sustainable mindset and +Net Positive without compromising aesthetics</li><li><br /> </li></ul><h2>About You</h2><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design or related field preferred</li><li>4+ years of Design experience in the apparel category</li><li>Creative Suite knowledge, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Reader, PowerPoint, PLM</li><li>Ability to work efficiently within a fast development timeline</li><li>Strong collaboration, organizational, and communication skills</li><li>Strong entrepreneurial skills and self-sufficiency required</li><li>Solid understanding of design process</li><li>Solid flat sketching skills, good design and color sense</li><li>Solid understanding of product construction (e.g., finishes, fabrics, hardware, stitches, safety requirements, etc.)</li><li>Knowledge of fit model and standard measurements</li><li>Demonstrated time management and communication skills<br /> </li></ul><p>We put a lot of thought into our programs to provide you with a benefits package that matters.
