Monday, Tuesday, Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM ? Wednesday, Thursday: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM What You'll Do:? Manage & collect payments on high-balance accounts. ? Oversee 400+ assigned accounts, contacting customers to resolve balances. ? Follow all federal, state, and local debt collection laws. ? Utilize skip tracing tools to locate customers. ? Provide excellent customer service while working toward resolution. What We're Looking For:? 1+ years of experience in collections, sales, or financial customer service (preferred). ? Strong communication, negotiation, & problem-solving skills. ? Goal-oriented, coachable, & eager to learn. ? Previous skip tracing experience is a plus. ?
