Mortgage Document Review Clerk

Pay range: $16.50/hr

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Location: St Paul MN 55108- on site position

In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and inspecting final mortgage loan documents to ensure they are complete and accurate. Duties:

• Conduct thorough quality checks on incoming documents to verify accuracy and completeness.
• Accurately record incoming documents and enter relevant comments into the system
• Proactively follow up on pending situations via email and phone.
• File and recover documents as needed and ship documents to the final destination

Requirements:

• Minimum of a High School Graduate or equivalent.
• 6 months' experience in a document review or similar office position.
• Must understand MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Position will require background check prior to starting and the ability lift up to 25lbs
• Must be able to meet deadlines, work well independently and be proactive.
• Excellent written and verbal communication
