• Configure and maintain Epic MyChart modules including appointment scheduling, secure messaging, bill pay, and branding.

• Collaborate with clinicians, IT teams, and stakeholders to improve workflows and user experience.

• Lead design, development, and implementation of MyChart features and enhancements.

• Analyze clinical workflows and validate impacts of MyChart configurations.

• Resolve complex support issues escalated from customer service

• Mentor junior analysts and guide best practices.

• Participate in testing, documentation, and training development.

• Support on-call/upgrade rotations and attend relevant committees and project meetings.
