TheDirector,GlobalManufacturing ProcessEngineering,is responsible forleadingourmanufacturingprocess engineering function. This pivotal role willbe responsible fordefining and executing the strategic vision for manufacturing processes, driving continuous improvement,optimizingproduction efficiency, and ensuring high-quality output across our manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will have a deep technical background inmanufacturingprocess engineering, exceptional leadership capabilities, and a proventrack recordof implementing scalable and robust manufacturing solutions from conceptto full production. This position reports to the VP, Global Engineering, and is part of the Global Engineering team. This will be a remote position, preferably near Chaska, Minnesota or in close proximity to an airport for travel. In this role, you willbe responsible for: Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the long-term strategy for manufacturing process engineering, driving efficiency, quality, and innovation.
Process Excellence: Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen tooptimizeyield, reduce waste, and enhance cycle times.
The essential requirements of the job include: Education: Bachelors orMasters degree in Engineering(Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or related field).
Technical Skills:Strong foundationin DFM/DFA and diverse manufacturing processes (e.g., injection molding, automation, cleanroom operations).

Theannualsalary rangeORthe hourly range for this role is$190-$210K.This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range ofpossible compensationfor this role at the time of this posting. This range may bemodifiedin the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
