Clerical Assistant day shift and full-time available at Providence Brookside Manor - Hood River

The position is to provide office support, which includes notifying billing of any changes, ordering supplies for Down and Brookside Manors, acting as concierge to meet and greet residents, families and prospective residents. Maintains packets for potential residents and administration. Completes all aspects of ProvTime for Brookside Manor.

Required Qualifications:

• Upon hire: In compliance with company policy and state regulations, a Department of Human Services (DHS) background check is required for this position.



• 1 year of experience in a secretarial/reception position including working with the public in a busy customer service capacity.
