Epic Prelude Specialist

Work you'll do/Responsibilities
Build and configure for the enhancements and capitol projects within the Epic Prelude areas across client regions. (Consolidation of several Epic regions).

We advise, design, implement, and deploy innovative and technology enabled solutions focused on "heart of the business" issues in specific sectors including Health Care & Life Sciences, Digital Banking & Payments, Investment & Wealth Management, Insurance, Telecom, Media and Energy & Resources.
Our OTT team brings clients the knowledge of industry leaders who understand the relevant processes and technologies for their industry-and apply them with a process and mindset that tailors transformational change to their specific organization.
Qualifications Required
- Must have a current Epic Prelude Certification
- 3-6 years recent experience in Prelude application build and maintenance
- Experience in Epic RTE (Real Time Eligibility) and MFA (Medical Financial Assistance) and FAM (Financial Assistance Module)
- Experience in application workflows, troubleshooting, testing and support
- Understands Patient registration process
- Practices to manage reports and statuses and keep the patient's overall medical record up to date and manage patient disposition and keep track of insurance functions through a patient's medical care.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrative understanding of technical documentation
Preferred
- Strong desktop skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Work Experience/Direct Knowledge of clinical area or business area to be supported
- Analytical/ Decision Making Responsibilities
- Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products
- Can operate independently or with minimum supervision
- Excellent Written and Communication Skills
- Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $120,000 - $140,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
