The warehouse associate is responsible for receiving and storing products from incoming shipments and participating in daily production needs. The goal is to increase efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.<h2></h2><h2><span class="emphasis-3">Position</span></h2>Warehouse Associate<h2></h2><h2><span class="emphasis-3">Location</span></h2>USA, Elkhart IN<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2><span class="emphasis-3">How You'll Create Possibilities</span></h2><p><b>JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES:</b><br />• Receive and process warehouse stock products (unload, package, and store)<br />• Stage and load trucks for delivery.<br />• Utilize scan gun to process incoming and outgoing orders<br />• Assist with production requirements for switching refrigerator doors from right to left opening.<br />• Perform inventory counts and keep quality standards high for audits.<br />• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.<br />• Report any discrepancies.<br />• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.<br />• Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment.<br />• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.<br />• Assist with other operations when asked.</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2><span class="emphasis-3">What You'll Bring to Our Team</span></h2><p><b>REQUIREMENTS OR QUALIFICATIONS:</b><br />• Proven working experience as a warehouse worker.<br />• Shipping and receiving experience.<br />• Operate forklift and clamp lift preferred.<br />• Good organizational and time management skills<br />• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 90 lbs</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2><span class="emphasis-3"><b>Our Culture</b></span></h2><p style="text-align:left"><span>Our work is centered on our People and Culture as reflected in our Zero Distance philosophy and we recognize the importance of reaffirming our commitment to inclusion and diversity (I&D).
