Provide technical support byidentifying, troubleshooting, and resolving issuesin a timely manner.Document solutions, processes, and known issuesfor efficient troubleshooting.Collaborate with engineers or externalentitiesfor advanced issue resolution.Participate in after-hours or on-call support asrequired.WHAT YOULL NEED TO SUCCEEDBring your technologyexpertiseand drive for innovation to GDIT.
