
ASU's National Center for the Study of Civil Rights & African-American Culture promotes our rich civil rights history
WHAT: ASU's National Center Hosts its "Annual Patron's Legacy Gala."
WHEN: Dec. 8 (Friday), from 8 p.m. - Midnight.
WHERE: RSA Plaza Terrace, 770 Washington Ave., 6th Floor.
Alabama State University's National Center for the Study of Civil Rights & African-American Culture will host its 4th Annual Patrons’ Legacy Gala titled, “Celebrating the 20th Anniversary of the National Center: Keeping Our Past Present” on Friday (Dec. 8), from 8 p.m. to Midnight at the RSA Plaza Terrace, 770 Washington Avenue, on its 6th floor.
The gala will be an evening of cultural celebration and entertainment held in commemoration of the rich civil rights history of both Alabama State University and Montgomery. This black-tie event will feature live music, dancing, food and a silent auction.
Tickets are $60 per person and $600 for a table of 8. Seating is limited, so please make your check payable to the ASU Foundation and earmark it for "The Patrons." The Patrons are an advocacy and support group of the National Center.
