Tune into ASPIRE TV for the Playback Game of the Week when they revisit the 1994 Battle of the Bay between Hampton University and Norfolk State University. Besides being a 20-year old game, this game is significant because both schools were CIAA (division two) schools in 1994. Currently both teams play for the MEAC (ME-AK) division, a NCAA division one conference.
