Internship Program:
- Learn about the organization, build your network, and test your skills
- Occurs for 10 weeks over the summer at the Walgreens corporate headquarters
- Participate in annual case study competition
- Build skills through professional development activities
Rotational Program:
- Entry level rotation program with 4 rotations every 6 months
- Highly visible to senior leadership
- Develops well-rounded future business leaders
- Rigorous performance management and training
- One-on-one mentorship
- Promotion to Sr. analyst at program's finish
Qualifications to apply include:
- Open to undergraduate students enrolled in a bachelor’s degree or MACC program with 1 to 2 semesters remaining and have a GPA of 3.2
- Finance/Accounting concentration preferred
- Must have intermediate skill level in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint (eg. create a word document, create basic worksheets and formulas, create presentations, and create a database and queries)
- Experience using financial modeling skills such as determining ROIC, business analytics, and problem solving
- Retail experience, preferred
